He’s become almost as famous for his dating life, too. He had a whirlwind relationship with Ariana Grande in 2018, to whom he got engaged after just a few weeks of dating. They split that fall after their short-lived engagement. After that, he dated Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, Kaia Gerber, and Phoebe Denovor. Then, he really got people talking after going public with the one and only Kim Kardashian. After that? Rumors of a romance with model Emily Ratajkowski began.
Pete has been very candid about his health issues as well. Over the years, he’s opened up to his fans about Crohn’s Disease, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and addiction.
